Aurelian Life Sciences LLC (“Aurelian”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a global life-sciences consulting and partnership firm serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, academic, and investor clients. We are deeply committed to protecting your personal data with the highest standards of confidentiality and security, consistent with the sensitive nature of the scientific, clinical, and commercial information we handle daily. This Privacy Policy governs all personal data collected through our websites (including aurelianlifesciences.com and subdomains), LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms, event-registration platforms, email correspondence, secure file-sharing portals, consulting agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and any other interaction with us. The data controller is Aurelian Life Sciences LLC, with Data Protection Officer reachable at balalmian@aurelianlifesciences.com We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and fully comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Swiss FADP, LGPD (Brazil), and all other applicable data-protection laws.

We process your personal data only on the following lawful bases: explicit consent (e.g., form opt-ins), performance of a contract (consulting agreements, NDAs), legitimate interests (business development, due diligence, website improvement), or legal obligation (anti-bribery screening, sunshine-act reporting).
